Should I tip my driver?
If you are pleased with the service you should tip the driver. The gratuity amount is up to the client.

What payment methods does A-List accept?

We accept cash and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover.

How can I get a receipt for my charges?

We can email or fax bills and payment receipts. If you have an account with us, we can automatically email a receipt when the final charges have been billed. If you have not received your receipt in a timely manner, contact one of our reservation agents at 800-729-5110 and they will email you a receipt immediately.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No. All of our vehicles are NON-SMOKING.

Are children's car seats available?

Customers are encouraged to provide their own car seats or booster seats. However, if there is a need, A-List has a limited amount of car seats and booster seats available. Check with your reservation agent at the time of booking for availability. There is a $15.00 charge per seat request.
